• Physical Therapy - Outpatient
• Currently 1 PT and 3 PTA Team
• 32-Hour to 40-Hour Week, No Call, No Weekends
• Approximately 8 Patients Per Day
• EMR: WebPT

• Ability to get a Louisiana License

• Northern Louisiana (Live in Louisiana, Texas or Arkansas)
