ClearCut ORTHO Physical Therapy is currently seeking a dependable and motivated physical therapist that has a love for community and helping others. We are privately owned and operated, and have a mission of helping people improve the quality of their lives through physical therapy.
The qualified applicant will have a lot of independence in the day to day operations with patients, but also significant mentorship and teamwork when it comes to continuing education with our team. Our current Pelvic Health team consists of one full time physical therapist who is a Board Certified Women's Health Specialist, as well as a full time physical therapy assistant who has completed all Herman and Wallace coursework.

POSITION TYPE: Outpatient Ortho/Pelvic Health Physical Therapist:
Patient load consists of a wide variety of orthopedic and pelvic health conditions. The caseload is approximately 50% ortho and 50% men's and women's pelvic health.
Job Type: Full-time
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday, with flexible hours.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
PTO, sick days, paid holidays, 401k matching, CEU allowance, and health insurance options.
Significant mentorship from the owner and all employees.
One-one-one care for each patient.
Each therapist has a private office with high/low table and direct access to our gym.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a physical therapist
Intensive education and clinical expertise
Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
Current knowledge of treatment practices
Drive to continually learn and grow
Professional behavior
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Valid license to practice physical therapy
Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for a key employee who would like assistance with growth, mentorship, and training in men's and women's pelvic health as well as orthopedic physical therapy.
We are looking for someone that has a great balance of various manual therapies along with focus on creative and sustainable exercises for the patients.
We are looking to continue an easygoing clinic culture and actually have FUN at work!
