Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated school district in Red Lion, Delaware for the 2025/2026 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY) looking for mentorship and hands-on experience in a school setting.

Job Description:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them succeed in their educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language disorders.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet student goals.

Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school and state regulations.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders

Valid Delaware SLP License (or eligibility to obtain one)

CCC-SLP preferred (CFYs encouraged to apply with supervision available)

School-based experience is a plus, but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
