North Street Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Brewster, NY 10509. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive therapy services to our patients.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
2. Conduct evaluations to determine patients' needs and goals
3. Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and strength
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
5. Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
