Position Overview: We are seeking Inpatient Occupational Therapists to join our teams in Valencia, Van Nuys, & Lancaster CA. These are full-time positions (part-time options available). The selected candidates will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. Primary home for this position is Inpatient Acute, but our Inpatient OT's often work between floors of the hospital, getting exposure to ARU and some outpatient as well. This position also works interdisicplinary with PT's, SLP's and nurses. Ideal opportunity for someone trying to establish a very solid foundation across multiple settings.

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, evaluations, and interventions, in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.

Position: Occupational Therapist Inpatient

Location: Valencia CA.

Status: Full-time (Per diem positions available)

Pay: $43 - 55 per hour

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
• Experience in an inpatient setting preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
