Physical Therapist Assistant

Golden Orthopedics is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Delray Beach, FL 33446. As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Provide rehabilitation services to patients in various settings including inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, and hospice
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients' mobility and quality of life
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care planning and discharge planning
• Specialize in orthopedic, pain management, acute care, geriatrics, pediatrics, and long-term care
• Utilize Therapeutic Massage techniques to aid in patient recovery
• Apply Manual Therapy methods to address specific patient needs
• Perform Joint Mobilization to improve range of motion and reduce pain
• Utilize Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation techniques for neuromuscular re-education
• Provide Transfer Training to assist patients in safely moving from one surface to another
• Conduct Outpatient Rehabilitation sessions to help patients regain independence
