Elara Caring in Boerne, TX is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high quality therapy services to patients in need.

Job Expectations:

• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide rehabilitation services
• Work with patients in various settings including inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, and more
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Job Requirements:

• Experience in occupational therapy and physical therapy
• Knowledge of treatment planning and interventions
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations
• BLS certification

Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
