The days are usually set up and ready for you to be successful. I have learned how to handle tough situation and learned more communication skills. The management always makes sure you are doing well no matter the location. The workplace culture is set to be like a family, the coworkers care for each other and the clients are very pleasant. I love being able to come in to a workplace that isn’t set for my downfall and has a super light and caring feel to it.

The culture at Symmetry is one of the best I've ever experienced. It is a non-competitive environment, and everyone seems to genuinely enjoy each other. We loved to skill share, and Symmetry gave us consitent access to continuing education, as well as opportunities to teach our own workshops if we're qualified to do so. When I was there, it was clear that the management genuinely cared about our wellbeing and took steps to make sure we were cared for. Maybe the most remarkable thing I experienced at Symmetry was how well they handled the pamdemic shutdown. They gave us immediate direction so that we would be able to collect unemployment, and applied for the PPP so that they could pay us generously to work from home, doing continuing Ed, team development, and making online content for bonuses. We got paid almost the same amount during the shutdown, which was remarkable seeing as massage is a hands-on job. That alone showed how valuable we are to them. I only left to start my own practice, otherwise I would have stayed there much longer. I even had a lot of mental health events, and they supported my needs every step of the way. Every workplace has flaws, but at Symmetry, the flaws are greatly overshadowed by the care of the management and employees.

This job has been one of my favorite jobs I've worked. Not because I like dealing with sometimes irritated customers or people who don't want to pay any late cancel fees, but for the regular customers that are so nice not only to me but the massage therapists. One of the main reasons its been one of my favorite jobs I've had because it is a much more relaxed environment. It is not high pressure, mainly because our job is to help people get pain relief, relax, or de-stress through massage.

Supportive co workers in a family atmosphere, great clients also. Pay is very fair and management is always open to feedback, conversation and ideas. The therapists are an ecclectic mix of different styles. We have newly licensed MTs, as well as people who have been working for decades. This is a unique massage clinic where we are given health insurance and other benefits. The company compensates part of any continuing education courses. I feel very inspired and enthused working here.
