Founded in 2008 by Dr. Seth Fibraio and his wife Melinda, Cornerstone Physical Therapy is a family owned private practice committed to our community.  Our patient-centerd approach fosters a welcoming environment wher you can achieve optimal health and wellness through compassionate and personalized care. We offer multiple subspecialites with each therapist having the ability to treat the patient population of their choosing.  Our subspcialites include: Headache and TMD, Pelvic Health, Lymphedema, Vestibular and Post-Oncological care.  Our therapists work together as a team to provide the most comprehensive therapy in the region.
