Beautiful Gate Center specializes in providing onsite high-quality outpatient care and therapies in a clinical day treatment setting, for individuals ages 3 to 21, with Autism and other developmental disabilities.  Services include ABA therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and evaluations, aiming to enhance functional skills and quality of life for children and adults with these conditions. The Center also offers a private, Center-Based, year round program that includes special education programming.

The Center additionally operates as a 501c3 public charitable organization that offers community initiatives focused on resource sharing and familial engagement to improve long-term outcomes for clients and their families. The Center is the first Center for Autism and Developmental Disorders in the tropical low country of SC. The Charitable Mission exists to develop pathways for children and families to access services in SC, some for the very first time, and raise awareness with families for how to support the development of a functional communication system and life skill development.  There is such a great need for the Center, with many families on waitlists in need of services.

Our first-of-a-kind mini-campus includes two outdoor playgrounds, outdoor gardening area and courtyard, internal therapy gym, sensory rooms and more to be shared with a great team of professional colleagues, in a fun, engaging, supportive and colloborative environment.  Our Center also provides a great training and fieldwork environment for individuals pursuing ABA credentials, seeking safety care (crisis prevention) training, and more.  We have many talented and dedicated professionals pursuing higher level credentials during the employment with our Center and many happy children who run towards the front office each day ready to meet their therapists.
