The Grand River Health campus in Rifle, is our largest and features services including a 24/7 ER, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, a newly expanded surgery center, an inpatient medical-surgical unit, physical therapy department, an infusion center and more.
Clinic services include family health, women’s care, internal medicine, mental health services, general surgeons, wound therapy, orthopaedics, podiatry, pediatrics, dermatology, ear, nose & throat, and allergy testing.
Our clinic located in Battlement Mesa features a medical clinic, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, Occupational Health, Physical Therapy and Mental Health Services Several specialists visit monthly including cardiology, podiatry and women’s health.
