LaVida Massage Federal Way is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists!

We believe our Massage Therapists come first, and when you have the best team the rest takes care of itself. We have worked hard to build and maintain a healthy, positive, employee first work environment. We believe this comes through in the quality of service we deliver, and improves the customer experience as well!

We have implemented COVID safety precautions and our phones are ringing off the hook with customers looking for our services. We need more Licensed Massage Therapists to serve our customers needs, we will fill your schedule! Flexible schedule options are available, we will work around your schedule.

We attract many new massage clients each month providing you a great opportunity to build a strong clientele. Our typical new hires fill their schedule FULL within days of starting. We bring over 100 New Clients into our center each month, and with our membership model many therapists quickly build a routine clientele of repeat clients.

Both full-time and part-time positions available, mornings and evenings, weekends and weekdays; we are open 7-days a week, 9:30am to 9pm most days. New Massage School grads are encouraged to apply, Prior experience preferred. License Required.

Compensation/Benefit Highlights:

$30-45 per session, including gratuity and/or commissions

Full benefits after 90 days for full time employees, including medical, dental, vision, with great deductible! (Full time = 25 hours for LMTs)

Earn incremental commissions per session with modality enhancements such as Hot Stone, Aromatherapy Essential Oil, Cupping and CBD cream application!

15 extra minutes built in between sessions for breaks, SOAPs, restoration, etc. (1:15 given for 1:00 massage)

One free massage a month & 25% employee discount

Great work Family with zero tolerance for drama/negativity

All massage therapists are employees, not independent contractors

All supplies provided (linens, lotions, etc.)

CEU Reimbursement Plan

Requirements:

WA State Massage Therapy License (willing to hire and complete training before license is active, then start with clients as soon as license/insurance are active)
Active commitment to CEs as well as furthering client relation skill sets
Timely, dependable and reliable
Communicative, open and honest

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

COVID-19 considerations:
Yes, above and beyond what is required. From providing staff with PPP gear, to sanitizing every surface every hour. We require mask use by clients and staff while in the facility, take temp checks with all clients, keep occupancy to a minimum, etc.
