As, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, my job is to help revolutionize the healthcare system through the power of nutrition, primary food, active listening, high-mileage questions, goal setting, and other techniques unique to health coaching. We come along side You and your doctor if needed to create a recipe for life just for you.

Unlike other healthcare professionals, and nutritionist who prefer set routines for their clients, I believe in bio-individuality. Every individual is uniquely made different mentally, physically, and spiritually, and, therefore, requires diverse treatment.

Nobody knows you better than yourself. By being present, and listening to your story, of your life, we can then help you create a lifestyle as well as a routine which is best suited for you. This will allow you to be healthy from the inside out.

Due to our current situation during the Covid-19, our services are limited to, one on one sessions, Zoom or Facetime. Or if you prefer, a group session of a maximum of 4 participants can be organized.
