Welcome to South West Health Spine and Sport. We take an integrated approach to health care both within and outside the office. We use a variety of methods in working with our patients including, sports chiropractic, osteopathic sports medicine, spinal pain management through epidural injection and facet blocks, tendon repair, and regenerative procedures, (M.A.T.) Muscle Activation Techniques, IAST (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Work), Basi Pilates, Foundation Training, Sports Acupuncture, Sports Cupping, and Shockwave Therapy for tendon repair. In addition, we partner with orthopedists, imaging centers, physical therapists, and other medical professionals to help facilitate the best outcomes for our patients
