Physical Therapist

Empath Health in Naples, FL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high quality therapy services to patients in need of rehabilitation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
2. Conduct therapy sessions with patients
3. Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
5. Provide education to patients and their families

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid BLS certification
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Strong knowledge of treatment planning and interventions
• Ability to work with a diverse patient population
