Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Audiologist to provide compassionate hearing care to the elderly in Fresno and Merced, CA. This role is perfect for an audiologist looking to supplement their current schedule and income while making a meaningful impact in the community. As an independent contractor, you’ll have full administrative support—including scheduling, billing, and equipment—so you can focus 100% on patient care.

Operating in 20+ states, we provide on-site audiology, optometry, dentistry, and podiatry services to Senior Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Veteran Homes. We handle all logistics—from scheduling to equipment—so our providers can focus on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and balance assessments for elderly patients.
Diagnose and manage hearing loss and balance disorders.
Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing loss, communication strategies, and hearing aid use.
Collaborate with facility staff to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Adapt care approaches to accommodate patients with cognitive or physical limitations.
Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited institution.
Active California audiology license (required).
Experience in geriatric audiology preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
Schedule & Pay:
1-2 days per month (Weekday availability required).
Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour shift).
Pay: $950 per day (guaranteed full-day payment).
Additional Information:
This is a contract (1099) position.
Must be available to work on-site in Fresno and Merced, CA.
