Position Overview: Our beautiful 420 bed hospital in Lancaster CA is currently seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team.
Job Objective:
Provide occupational therapy services for inpatient care, including assessments, treatment plans, and documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress and update care plans as needed. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care:

• Assess cognitive, ADL, and motor skills.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Lead diverse therapy groups tailored to patient needs.
• Document assessments, progress, and updates per policies.

Communication:

• Maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary teams and patients.
• Participate in team meetings, rounds, and patient care coordination.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy;
• Experience: 1 year of clinical OT experience preferred but not required.
• Licensure: Current CA OT license and BLS certification.

• Ability to work independently, adapt to regulations, and maintain professionalism.
