Responsibilities: The ProgramLead is responsible for facilitating the efficient oversight ofrehabilitation services in their assigned account(s). This positionalso assists in ensuring coordination of services are successful,customer relations are following the highest standard, and referralsources have touch points and are informed. The Program Leadmonitors that the highest standard of rehabilitation services isdelivered and maintained, and coordinates with leadership whensupport is needed. Assists therapy staff in effective and efficientdelivery of rehab services; adherence to an established plan ofcare, department and patient(s)' schedule, and timely documentationof services.Provides direct patient care.Provides routine customerrelations touch points to ensure customer satisfaction andcontinued referral flow. Makes referrals to other disciplinesand/or agencies in order to address the comprehensive needs of thepatient.Supports the delivery of the highest standard ofrehabilitation services through appropriate utilization ofresources, the promotion of clinical programs, and staffdevelopment in collaboration with licensed therapists, the ClinicalOperations Area Director, and Clinical Director.CoordinatesPowerback Rehabilitation personnel and consultants within facilityor home care contracts.Monitors the provision of evidence basedcare, adherence to care delivery standards, and practice actcompliance.Ensures that the clinical management of therehabilitation department, including oversight related to casemanagement, quality improvement, care planning, clinicalutilization, and patient identification is overseen by a licensedtherapist.Assists therapy staff in identifying and removingbarriers to treatment and seeks out support when clinical educationis required to meet the needs of the patient.Assists incoordinating daily staffing and utilization with input fromtreating therapists, consideration of clinical requirements, andrecommendations from the Clinical Director.Monitors financialcontrols of revenue and expenses in collaboration with the ClinicalOperations Area Director.Assists the Clinical Operations AreaDirector in meeting annual budget goals.Assists with clinicalorientation and ensures that there is a quality orientation processfor new rehab staff.Supports the delivery of the highest standardof rehab services through appropriate utilization of resources, thepromotion of clinical programs, and support staff development incollaboration with licensed therapists, the Clinical OperationsArea Director and the Clinical Director. Promotes all PowerbackRehabilitation products and services whenever possible.AssistsClinical Operations Area Director in maintaining relationships, andidentifying and securing new relationships and contracts.Developsand maintains relationships with facility management teams andstaff as a representative of Powerback Rehabilitation.Ensures thatthe clinical management of the rehab department, includingoversight related to case management, quality improvement, careplanning, clinical utilization, and patient identification isoverseen. Performs other related duties as required.Qualifications: They must have a valid Physical Therapy license inthe state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility. Theymust have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or They must havea Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in additionto a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or They must have aBachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressivelyresponsible PT experience. The qualifying Physical Therapy degreeearned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S.equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Additionally, theDirector of Rehab PT must have three years direct patient careexperience and one year of management experience. A thoroughknowledge of Medicare and third party billing is also required.Posted Salary Range: USD $66.00 - USD $66.00 /Hr.
