Occupational Therapists (OTs) play a pivotal role in the therapy industry by helping individuals across all ages to participate in the activities and tasks they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of everyday tasks (occupations). They must have a master's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program and pass a national certification examination to become a certified Occupational Therapist.
