In the early-1980s, Bill and Theresa Armour were an over-worked businessman and over-wrought stay-at-home mom. They needed to get away, find an escape that would restore their minds and bodies so they could keep up with their fast-paced lives! Back then, luxury massages and top-of-the-line skincare were only available in the finest destination hotels. Who had the time or money for such indulgences? Their Solution? The Day Spa! Burke Williams is designed as a place where the ambitious career individual and the perpetually tired parent can escape the demands of life—without dismantling their day-to-day schedules. Still owned and operated by the Armours, the company opened its doors in Brentwood where Bill and several friends performed the treatments themselves!
Today, our nine facilities across California are, and have always been, inspired and built by our friends and family. Nearly three decades later, with hard work and the loyal support of our guests, Burke Williams continues to be the world’s finest day spa.
